When a user adds a contact with a phone number, the consent disclosure appears below the phone field.
Compliance Summary
- SMS consent is disclosed in-app when users add contacts with phone numbers. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- First outbound SMS to every new recipient includes: brand identification ("Doughy by Secondly Homes"), data rates notice, and opt-out instructions.
- STOP, HELP, and START keywords are handled automatically at the platform level. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for support.
- Opted-out contacts are blocked from receiving further messages. The opt-out table is checked before every outbound message.
