Ops Credits are pooled usage units for all agent work — messages, emails, document processing, market research, and automations. Each plan includes a monthly allocation that covers your AI agents' activity.

Voice calls have distinct infrastructure costs, and most investors think in terms of minutes. Keeping them separate makes it easy to understand your usage and plan accordingly. AI calling and texting are rolling out in stages after early access opens — your plan’s minutes are included from the day voice goes live, and they are not billed before that.

Agents pause when credits are depleted — no surprise bills. Move up a tier to resume, prorated against what you have already paid. Buying extra credits without changing tier is on the way; it is not something you can do today.

Anything that leaves your workspace — a message, a call, a public listing, a dollar spent — is held for your approval before it happens. That is true on every plan, at no extra cost, and there is no setting that turns it off. You also get a kill switch that stops everything instantly, and daily spend and call limits that cap what your agents can cost you.

Plans are bought on one of two terms: 12 months, where two of the twelve are free, or 3 months at the standard rate. There is no one-month plan. You can cancel from your account settings at any time and you will not be charged again — your plan then runs to the end of the term you already paid for, rather than cutting off the day you cancel. Moving up a tier is prorated against what you have already paid.

Because one month is not long enough to tell you anything. Agents need your properties, your contacts, and your rules loaded before they are doing useful work, and a portfolio only shows its real rhythm across a quarter — a late payment, a turnover, a repair you did not plan for. Three months is the shortest term where the answer to "is this worth it" is a fact rather than a guess. It also lets us commit capacity ahead of your usage instead of pricing for churn.
