Approvals & Activity
The approvals queue is where you see what your AI team wants to do and decide what happens next.
Approvals Queue
The approvals queue shows everything that's waiting for your sign-off:
Each Approval Shows
Here's a pending approval as it appears in the queue:
Dishwasher repair — Unit 1A
$410.00
Vendor quote came in at 7:04 AM. Held for you because it’s over your $300 auto-approve limit — nothing is booked until you decide.
Taking Action
For each pending approval, you can:
There is deliberately no clock on these. An approval holds until you decide. Answer it in a minute or in a week — nothing sends without your OK.
Message Drafts Are Different
AI message drafts — the replies your agents write for you — have their own controls: Send, Edit, and Dismiss. Editing lives here, on the draft, where wording actually matters.
Unlike approvals, drafts do expire. A reply drafted for Tuesday's conversation shouldn't go out on Friday, so a stale draft quietly ages out instead of sending late. That's the whole countdown story in two lines:
Activity Feed
A real-time activity feed — every action, timestamped, with its status and cost — arrives with the AI console, coming soon. Here's a preview of an overnight stretch:
AI activity
- 11:42 PMReplied to the tenant in Unit 3CSent
- 11:44 PMEmailed the HVAC vendor the job detailsSent
- 6:58 AMLogged the $285 HVAC quote — under your $300 limitAuto-approved
- 7:04 AMRefused to send the $410 dishwasher quote — over your limitWaiting on you
Until the console ships, the Audit Log in the web app keeps the complete record today: every agent action, when it happened, and how it turned out. Nothing your AI team does goes unrecorded — the console changes where you read the story, not whether it's written.
