Billing & Plans
Doughy uses a simple, predictable billing model built around Ops Credits and calling minutes.
How Ops Credits Work
Ops Credits are a single pooled currency that covers all AI agent activity:
Every action has a credit cost. Simple actions (reading data, short drafts) cost very little. Complex actions (deep research, long documents, multi-step analysis) cost more.
Calling Minutes
Voice calling is rolling out in stages after early access opens. When it is live for your workspace, calls are billed separately because they have distinct costs:
Calling minutes track wall-clock time. A 5-minute call uses 5 minutes. Your plan's included minutes activate the day voice goes live — nothing calling-related is billed before then.
Plan Tiers
The pricing page always has the current lineup, and the ROI calculator can estimate what a plan saves you compared to your current stack.
Starter — $99/month
Pro — $249/month (Recommended)
Max — $499/month
Enterprise — custom pricing
